From the cattle breeding at the very start until the preparation of the Prime Beef we do not accept any compromise! Without exception we only use beef of the world’s best cattle herds which is prepared in our own butchery that has access to 40 years of experience. After that it gains the characteristic aroma in the 800 degrees hot US South Bend Oven. Through caramelization the beef becomes crusty and absolutely unique.

At THEO´S one does not simply eat dinner but you enjoy the whole evening like an atmospheric trip to a typical New York Steak House. It all starts with a refreshing drink at our bar or a Napa-Valley-Wine from California that perfectly matches our steaks.
