Purchasing

The central purchasing department is a provider of services to the food service companies within the Block Gruppe and sees itself as the linchpin between the individual purchasing departments at Grand Elysée, Block Menü and Block House Boucherie. In addition to analysing figures and negotiating conditions and contracts, the central purchasing department serves to achieve greater efficiency and uniformity in the procurement processes of all the individual restaurants within the Block Gruppe.
